Bal Bass has been helping people feel better for years and through Heart of England Hypnotherapy, now uses her advanced skills to help people resolve all kinds of problems and conditions.
Born in Coventry, Bal grew up dreaming of becoming a teacher and after completing her A levels, went on to gain a degree in sociology/psychology at Birmingham University. This allowed her to start studying for her teaching qualifications (PGCE’s) and a year later, to realise her childhood ambition.
Throughout her teaching career, Bal’s drive to succeed continued. As well as nurturing the children she taught she started her own family, became involved with a local gym, ran marathons to support children’s’ charities and even became a personal trainer. As an advanced level 3 trainer, Bal helped people to lose weight and feel better through exercise, nutrition and her own innovative approach that still sets her apart from other therapist to this day.
With a love of reading, a desire to help others and an interest in self improvement, it wasn’t long before Bal discovered hypnotherapy. After learning about what was possible she sought help to resolve an issue with OCD and was delighted with the results hypnotherapy delivered. This opened her eyes to new possibilities and later, she decided to train in the technique.
Now, as a qualified hypnotherapist, Bal uses hypnotherapy, NLP, EMDR and TFT to safely help clients resolve whatever holds them back. With a gentle, caring and friendly approach she quickly puts people at ease and with her positive and supporting manner, works with her clients to achieve the results they want.
